(Reuters) – Norfolk Southern’s board is analyzing claims that chief government officer Alan Shaw participated in an unsuitable work setting partnership, CNBC reported on Sunday mentioning 3 people conscious of the difficulty.
Norfolk Southern didn’t promptly reply to a Reuters’ ask for comment.
The probe stays in its starting, and it’s possible that no misbehavior could be revealed, the file claimed, together with that the agency is collaborating with outdoor counsels on the probe.
