This Privacy Policy explains how MyInstaBiz, a venture of Gaurav & Associates, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use myinstabiz.com and our products — Finance Assistant, CollectIQ, and ParchiSaathi (together, the "Services"). We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian laws.

(a) Information you provide: name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, business name, and product preferences submitted through our forms, WhatsApp, or during product registration. (b) Product data: when you use our products, the business and accounting data you enter is stored to provide the Service to you. (c) Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location, collected via cookies and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand and improve the Services.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to: create and manage your account; provide, maintain, and improve the Services; respond to your enquiries; send service updates and, with your consent, communications via RCS, WhatsApp, Email, or SMS; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud or misuse. We do not sell your personal data.
