These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of myinstabiz.com and the MyInstaBiz products — Finance Assistant, CollectIQ, and ParchiSaathi (the "Services"), operated by Gaurav & Associates, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("MyInstaBiz", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

The Services provide online business tools including accounting, GST workflows, receivables collection, Tally connectivity, and digital ledger (bahi-khata) features. Features may be added, modified, or withdrawn as the Services evolve.

2. Early access and free use

The Services are currently offered free of charge during early access, including a 90-day free trial, with no payment details required. Paid plans, if introduced in the future, will be announced in advance, and you will be free to choose whether to subscribe. Nothing in these Terms obliges you to pay for current usage.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Services for business purposes.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Services. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that data to you in order to provide the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services; access them by automated means without permission; upload unlawful content or malware; infringe others' rights; or use the Services to send spam or unlawful communications. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Third-party software and marks

"Tally" is a trademark of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. MyInstaBiz connects with Tally but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tally Solutions. WhatsApp is a product of Meta. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

7. No professional advice

The Services are software tools. Outputs (including GST computations, reports, and reminders) are provided for your convenience and do not constitute professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying filings and statutory compliance, and should consult a qualified professional where needed.

8. Availability and warranties

We aim for high availability but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. During early access, features may change and occasional downtime or data-format changes may occur.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyInstaBiz and Gaurav & Associates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Services. For Services provided free of charge, our aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse, with notice where practicable. On termination we will, on request and where legally permissible, provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified via the site or the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
