Our professional fee is refundable only if work has NOT commenced. Once our team begins processing your application (document review, form preparation, or government filing), the professional fee is non-refundable as work has been performed.
Government fees (MCA fees, trademark filing fees, GST registration fees, stamp duties) are paid directly to government authorities on your behalf. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid, as they are subject to government refund policies.
If you wish to cancel before work has commenced, please contact us within 24 hours of payment. We will refund the professional fee after deducting a processing charge of ₹200.
If My Insta Biz is unable to deliver the promised service due to reasons on our part, we will provide a full refund of the professional fee or offer an alternative solution.

For any disputes, please first contact our support team. We aim to resolve all queries within 48 hours. Unresolved disputes are subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
